Yellowjacket is a character associated with the Ant-Man persona in Marvel Comics. While several individuals have taken on the Yellowjacket identity, the most prominent is Hank Pym.
Henry "Hank" Pym first appeared as Ant-Man in Tales to Astonish #27 (January 1962). Later in The Avengers #59 (December 1968) Hank Pym first dons the Yellowjacket identity.
As Yellowjacket, Pym's personality became more aggressive and erratic, a consequence of experimentation and mental instability. This version of the character is marked by a costume featuring insect-like wings and the ability to deliver powerful stings.
